City Screen: Basement

Part of York Youth Service, the Basement is a youth project based at York City Screen cinema which runs film projects for young people. I have helped to make several films with them, coming in to film and edit after they have written the films.

| This is a 25 minute comedy film based around the game Cluedo. Set in a country manor, murder mystery and mayhem ensue. |

| This film was written a group of young people as a way of telling people what it is like for them living their lives and how people like parents and teachers could make things easier for them. |

| This short music video was made by young people about how they feel they are treated at school. They worked with music producer Dan Axon to write and record the song, and a choreographer to create the dance.
